Furthermore, our team provide counsel on investment incentives, tax implications, and dispute resolution mechanisms available to foreign investors operating in Pakistan.
The Firm provides support in obtaining requisite permissions and registrations from the Board of Investment (BoI), Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), State Bank of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue, as well as other industry/sector specific regulators.
The Firm has been involved in a number of foreign investments in Pakistan, both in the public and private sectors. The Firm has advised the Export and Credit Guarantee Department, UK, International Finance Corporation, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and the OPEC Fund.
