The firm has remained counsels for the Medical Defence Union (MDU) and has provided advice, support and representation to a number of its members in Pakistan and have successfully defended a large number of medical malpractice claims.

Our team also handled corporate matters relating to Allergan Pakistan (Private) Limited and winding up of its business in Pakistan. It is currently advising has advised on the marketing/distribution of certain products of Stoller Enterprises, Inc. Houston, Texas and registration issues with the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Pakistan.

We have also advised Johnson & Johnson Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited on its purchase of certain of Pfizer’s assets in Pakistan and the ancillary registration issues.
