The Firm advised and represented Nike International, Inc. not only in filing fresh trademarks applications and renewals of existing marks but also in opposing certain deceptively similar trademarks applications filed by third parties. The attorneys of our department have acted as counsels for J. S. Staedler and Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH and Co and Pierre-Fabre before the courts of Pakistan.
